A backup for the O2, Air, and N2 tanks control system was required by the customer.
Steps were taken to reach the customer’s needs:
1- Independent control system of Gas Separation Unit
2- Independent Control from different stations: O2, Ar, N2.
3- Simplified and reliable hardware architecture.
4- One controller with remote IOs for each station.
5- Scada interface for the user-friendly control system.
Finally, the automated facility can deliver:
1- High speed of processing 2- Computing and execution of required tasks 3- Flexible o ers a wide range of useful functions that ts perfectly medium requirements applications at a very reasonable price and the convincible ratio of the techno-commercial relation.
